Mobility: We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: Sitting is ruining you! Sitting for long periods of time impacts your entire body and thus impacts your performance in the gym, as well as your everyday life. If you have headaches from your desk job (and it isn’t the work that’s getting to you), then find out how you can reduce them and try standing more.

Warm up
7 minutes:
5 dislocates
5 OHS
5 Sotts press
:20 ring support hold
10 push ups

Strength
Push press
65%, 4×3

Conditioning
20 minute AMRAP:
30 ring dips
100 double unders
30 handstand push ups
30 overhead squats (95/65)
