Mobility: When was the last time you mobilized your head and neck? There are more than 100 muscles above your shoulders and they often go untouched when it comes to stretching mobility. Breaking Muscle offers some exercises to get those muscles firing.
In 10 minutes, 21-15-9:
Double KB front squat
Push-ups
Hollow rocks
Rest 2 minutes
In 10 minutes, 4 rounds of:
12 toes to bar/knees to elbows/v-ups
12 wall balls
12 box jumps/step-ups
Rest 2 minutes
In 10 minutes, 3 rounds of:
10 DB ground to overhead
10 DB burpees
