Mobility: Cleans are a full body lift, so your mobility and warm-up should cater to the fully body as well. Here are 8 mobility exercises to boost stability and flexibility for cleans.

Warm up
Couch stretch x :40/leg
Ankle stretch x :30/leg
Squat stretch x :30

2 rounds of:
10 good mornings
10 PVC front squats
10 alternating groiners

Strength
Every 2 minutes for 7 sets:
Clean deadlift + hip clean x 1+2

Ascending each set – no more than 75%

Conditioning
16 minute AMRAP:
16 wall balls (20/14)
16 DB snatches (50/35)
16 front rack lunges (95/65)
