For all you runners out there, Competitor.com puts together the “10 Best Mobility Exercises for Runners” from Mobility WOD.  Though focused on runners, we can all use these mobs to better our bodies and our performances.
WOD:
With a 30 minute running clock…
In 10 minutes:
27-21-15 reps of
Calorie row
KB push press
KB swings
then,
In 10 minutes:
21-15-9 reps of
Overhead lunges
Burpees
Toes to bar/knees to elbows
and lastly,
In 10 minutes:
15-12-9 reps of
Manmakers
DB front squats
Weighted sit ups
