Mobility: Sleep should be restful, yet so many of us wake up sore from the positions we sleep in. Here are some great stretches to soothe some of our nighttime aches and pains.

12 minutes to complete:
3 rounds of
4 burpee pull ups (4 burpees + 4 ring rows)
12 DB front squats

2 rounds of
4 burpee pull ups
12 DB thrusters

1 round of
4 burpee pull ups
12 DB burpee clusters

Rest 2 minutes

12 minutes to complete:
3 rounds of
12/10 calorie row
12 KBS

2 rounds of
12/10 calorie row
12 goblet lunges

1 round of
12/10 calorie row
12 KB snatch (each arm)

Rest 2 minutes

12 minutes to complete:
3 rounds of
200m run
12 weighted step ups

2 rounds of
200m run
12 box jumps

1 round of
200m run
12 burpee box jumps
