Opening up your hips can lead to less lower back pain and injury, and who doesn’t want that? Here’s a fast and simple way to open up the tissues and hip capsule, while having some fun in a band.

10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:
500m row
20 push-ups
20 sit ups

2 minutes rest

10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:
20 dumbbell burpees
10 dumbbell clean & press
20 weighted lunges

2 minutes rest

10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:
30 wall balls
20 box jumps/step-ups
10 plate ground to overhead
