20 push-ups
20 sit ups
2 minutes rest
10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:
20 dumbbell burpees
10 dumbbell clean & press
20 weighted lunges
2 minutes rest
10 minutes to complete 3 rounds of:
30 wall balls
20 box jumps/step-ups
10 plate ground to overhead
