In honor of USAF SSgt Timothy P. Davis, 28, who was killed on Feburary, 20 2009 supporting operations in OEF when his vehicle was struck by an IED. Timothy is survived by his wife Megan and one-year old son T.J.

    115lb worked me… DNF in 10 min… 4 rounds + 8 DLs.. but good news is i was on pace to beat my prior DT (which was 10lb less)

    strength 155lb x 2 .. ran out of time before trying 165

  7. Nobody on this blog has commented on Brett’s shorts. Which, by the way, were making me crave a smoothie after today workout.

  10. Strength : PR 2 HPC @ 185#. DT should’ve kicked it up to 115, but did 95# @ 7 minutes flat.

  11. Fun, fun day. Worked up to 95 for the HPC and did DT in 6:35 at 60. This was one where I was kicking myself after for going too light. Whoops.
