Warm up
2 rounds:
10 air squats
10 groiners
10 supermans
3 sets:
3 hang clean high pulls
3 hang muscle cleans
3 hang power cleans
3 front squats
3 hang cleans
First set with PVC, second set with empty bar. Add weight for the third set if possible.
Strength
Hang clean + front squat, 5 x 1+2
No more than 80% of max clean
Conditioning
For time
15-12-9 reps of:

Thruster (135/95)
