Strength:
In 15 Min:
-Work up to a heavy single Strict Press (NOT 1RM, just something heavy)
THEN
-Continuing with same weight work to a heavy single Push Press (NOT 1RM, just something heavy)
THEN
-Continuing with same weight work to a heavy Push Jerk (NOT 1RM, just something heavy)

Conditioning:
Ascending ladder 2-4-6-8-etc…..After each minute rest, start back at 2.
