Warm up
3 rounds:
10 stiff-legged deadlifts
5 box jumps
10 scap push ups
:30 handstand hold

Strength/Conditioning
10 minute EMOM:
Minute 1 – 3 deadlifts (315/225)
Minute 2 – 5 burpee box jumps + 5 handstand push ups

Conditioning
Every minute on the minute for as long as possible:
30 double unders
1 overhead squat (115/75)*

*Add 1 rep to the overhead squats each minute.
