3 sets, w/ an empty barbell:
5 clean high pulls
5 muscle cleans
5 back squats
5 good mornings
5 hang power cleans

Strength/Skill
Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes (5 sets):
5 touch and go power cleans @ 65% of 1RM

For time:

100 double unders
10 hang power snatches (115/75)

Fitness
For time:
1k row
200 single unders
10 hang power snatches
