Gymnastics

Strict push up/handstand push up variation x 6-8 reps
Strict pull up variation x 6-8 reps

Strength
Power snatch + OHS
4 x (1+2)
Across or ascend each set.

Conditioning
7 minute AMRAP
7 OHS (115/80)
7 burpee box jump overs (24/20)
