Mobility: Three things to focus on today before you start snatching: thoracic extension, ankle mobility and hips. In order to hold weight overhead with your chest upright at the bottom of your squat, you must have mobility in these 3 areas.

Warm up
3 sets:
2 muscle snatch
2 high-hang snatch
2 drop snatch
2 sotts press

Snatch, 5×2
Work to heavy double

Fitness
Power snatch, 5×2

Conditioning
Performance
12 minute AMRAP:
20 sit ups
15 deadlifts (185/125)
10 ring dips

Fitness
12 minute AMRAP:
20 sit ups
15 deadlifts
10 push ups
