Box Behavior
Maintaining a happy box is all about respect. Read on for some gym etiquette tips from Julia to keep our community thriving.
Remember that proper hygiene makes everyone happy.
Embrace your strengths and work on your weaknesses. Just showing up for class isn’t always enough. Progress takes dedication.
Set goals and keep track of your progress.
Play nice with others by always welcoming newbies to the community and avoiding cliques.
Encourage your friends both inside and outside of the box to participate in workouts and community events.
Cheer on your fellow athletes. Go out and support them when they are competing. Sometimes it takes that one extra voice screaming to help a person fight through a workout.
Train hard and stay humble.
It all starts with respect. Respect the members inside and outside of the community. Respect your fellow members and their loved ones. Respect the box and respect yourself.
