10 good mornings
10 goblet squats
2 x through:
5 snatch pulls
5 muscle snatches
5 power snatches
5 snatches
5 clean pulls
5 muscle cleans
5 power cleans
5 cleans
Workout
With a running clock, perform 1 lift every minute on the minute and add 10# (women add 5#).
Start with an empty barbell and snatch for as long as possible.
Once you cannot snatch the weight, clean for as long as possible.
Once you cannot clean the weight, deadlift for as long as possible.
Three scores for this workout. Heaviest weight for each lift.
