Mobility Tip:  Check out this mob to clean up tissue inside of the shoulder near the neck to clear out your overhead position, and make snatch balances & overhead squats easier today:
Strength:
Warm-up:

3 rounds or 8 minutes:
10 PVC pass-thrus
10 around the world (5/direction)
10 superman dislocates
10 OHS

Performance:

Snatch balance + 2 overhead squats

1 complex every 2 minutes for 12 minutes
Fitness:

Overhead squat

6×3, across or ascending

Conditioning:

Performance/Fitness:
3 rounds for time
400m run
8 hang power cleans (135/95)
8 front rack lunges (135/95)
