Warm Up
3 rounds:
50 single unders
8 ring rows
8 push ups
:30 handstand hold
10 hollow rocks
Skill
12 minute EMOM
Minute 1 – 3-5 ring muscle ups
Minute 2 – 40 double unders
Minute 3 – 8 handstand push ups
Conditioning
3 rounds for time
30 weighted step ups (50/35*)
30 KB snatches (15/arm – 53/35)
*One dumbbell
