Warm Up

2 rounds:
10 squats
10 PVC pass thrus
:20 double KB overhead hold
5 inchworms to push up

Then, 2 rounds w/ empty bar:
5 strict press
5 front squats
5 push presses
5 thrusters

Strength

PART A

Thruster (from floor)
7×3

Build to heavy 3, rest 2-3 minutes between sets.

PART B

Front squat (from floor)
2×10

Start where you left off on the heavy thruster, then increase weight for one more set.

Conditioning

“Grace”
30 clean & jerks for time (135/95)
