Sweat for a cause!

Our EVF Kids program has become an important component of what we do at EVF and continues to grow each year. As the greater CrossFit kids community continues to grow, CrossFit HQ going to doing more to promote health and fitness in children and teenagers.

This Saturday, we’ll be participating in the CrossFit Kids fundraiser workout, “Saved By the Barbell.” This is a global event with over 800 other affiliates participating. This workout brings the community together in a similar manner to Murph, CrossFit for Hope, and Hotshots 19.

You don’t have to register or donate to do the workout with the group (just sign up for class!), but any contribution you make will go toward supporting the development and growth of kids programs in schools, recreation centers, and communities everywhere. And, you get a free t-shirt!

3 rounds for max reps of:
1 minute burpees
1 minute wall balls
1 minute deadlifts (115/75)
1 minute med ball sit ups
1 minute power cleans (115/75)
1 minute rest
