3 muscle cleans
3 power cleans
3 push presses
3 push jerks

Tabata toes to bar

Tabata front squat (135/95)
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata deadlift (185/125)

Each tabata is 8 rounds of 20/10. All 8 rounds of each movement, rest 2 minutes, then rotate.
