Warm up
3 rounds:
3 clean high pulls
3 muscle cleans
3 power cleans
3 push presses
3 push jerks

Strength
Performance/Fitness
Power clean + push jerk
5×2, ascending (no heavier than 80%)

Conditioning
Performance
For max reps:
Tabata toes to bar
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata front squat (135/95)
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata deadlift (185/125)

Fitness
For max reps:
Tabata sit ups
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata KB front squat
Rest 2 minutes
Tabata deadlift

Each tabata is 8 rounds of 20/10. All 8 rounds of each movement, rest 2 minutes, then rotate.
