Warm up

2 rounds of:
200m run
15 down-ups / no-pushup burpees
Then, 2 rounds of:
10 PVC passthroughs
5 muscle snatches
5 snatch balances

Snatch

Every 2 min for 6 rounds:
3 snatches at 50% of 1RM

Conditioning

15 min AMRAP:
200m run
9 deadlifts 85/60 lbs
6 hang power snatches 85/60 lbs
3 overhead squats 85/60 lbs

Note: the barbell complex should be unbroken, adjust the load accordingly
Goal: 7 rounds

15 min to perform 4-5 rounds of:
10 single leg rower pike ups per side
100 ft. per arm bottom-up KB carry
50 ft. plate overhead walking lunges

Part B
15 min AMRAP:
200m run
15 plate ground to overheads 35/25 lbs
10 wall balls 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft.
2 wall walk
