Warm up

2 min cardio machine of choice
then 2 rounds of
10 down-ups / no-pushup burpees
10 PVC passthroughs
5 muscle snatches
5 snatch balances

Snatch

Take 20 min to find a 1RM snatch
Suggested build up: single reps at 50%, 60%, 70%, 75%, 80%, 85%, 90%…

Conditioning

8 rounds, 1 min on, 1 min off:
40 double unders
Max alternating dumbbell snatches in the remainder of the minute, 50/35 lbs

Part A
4 rounds for load and quality:
10 cossack squats per leg (scale to rig assisted cossack squats)
20 alternating single leg V-ups
100 ft. double DB overhead carry
3 broad jumps for max distance

Part B
8 rounds, 1 min on, 1 min off:
40 double unders
