Warm up

2 rounds:
30 mountain climbers
10 empty barbell hang clusters
5 place Da Vinci raises
then, warm up for C&Js

Olympic lifting – Clean & Jerk

Warm-up to a squat clean and jerk at 80%, then perform 3 drop sets of:
2 squat clean and jerks at 75%
2 squat clean and jerks at 70%
2 squat clean and jerks at 65%
— rest 90 sec to 2 min between drop sets

Note: one drop set includes 6 reps: 2 at 75%, 2 at 70%. 2 at 65%. You may partner up with one or two athlete and share your bars. If a pair, your partner may change the weight the load to minimize time wasted in the middle of a drop set. Alternate work/rest between athletes as the drop set should take less than 2 min.
Reps do not need to be touch and go.

14.2 / 15.2 – CrossFit Games Open
On a continuously running clock, complete as many reps as possible:
From 0:00 to 3:00, 2 rounds:
10 overhead squats 95/65 lbs
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
— then from 3:00 to 6:00, 2 rounds:
12 overhead squats 95/65 lbs
12 chest-to-bar pull-ups
— then from 6:00 to 9:00, 2 rounds:
14 overhead squats 95/65 lbs
14 chest-to-bar pull-ups
Continue adding 3 mins to complete 2 rounds, adding 2 reps to each movement every 2 rounds, until you fail to complete 2 rounds within 3 mins. Log your total reps completed.

Note: Scale the pullups with banded pullups, with an appropriate band to make chest contact with the pullup bar on the C2B. Sub the bar muscle ups with 20 chest-to-bar pullups
