In teams of 2, 2 rounds for time, split as desired:
20 burpee wall balls 20/14 lbs
16 clean and jerk complexes [BB: 115/80 lbs. DB: 2×40/25 lbs]
1,200m/1,000m row
8 wall walks
400m partner med ball run 20/14

Complex: 1 deadlift + 1 power clean + 1 front squat + 1 shoulder to overhead

Time cap: 26 min

Olympic lifting

Part A
15 min EMOM:
1 clean and jerk at 60-75%
Maintain good mechanics and explosiveness throughout, do not exceed 75%
Part B
Clean pulls
3×5 at 70% of 1RM clean
Part C
3 rounds for time:
250m row
20 plate ground to overheads 35/25 lbs
15 hang power clean and jerks 75/55 lbs
10 V-ups
