Community WOD (EVF360 & Crossfit)

Teams of 2, 3 rounds for time, one partner working at a time, split as desired:

10 deadlifts [BB: 315/225 lbs, KBs: 2×32/24 kg]

20 box jumps over 24/20 in

30 chest to bar pullups

400m run

50 wall balls 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft.

Time cap: 32 mins

Note: deadlift should be no heavier than 85% of 1RM

Olympic lifting

Part A

Clean from 6″ blocks + jerks

4×3

Drop and reset

Part B

Power Clean & Jerk – 3×2 at 80%

Drop and reset between reps

Part C

Clean & Jerk – 5×1 at 87%

Part D

Every 2 min for 4 rounds:

5 front squats

4 jerks

3 clean and jerks

Max burpees over bar in remaining time

— rest 1 min between rounds

Note: barbell at 70% of 1RM
