Complete, for time, split anyhow and in any order, one partner working at a time:

200 box jumps 24/20 in

200 single KB cleans 24/16 kg

200/160 cal row/ski OR 250/200 cal assault bike (choose one machine for the whole workout)

200 shoulder-to-overheads 115/75 lbs

200 back squats 115/75 lbs (bar is taken from the ground)

Complete, for time, split anyhow and in any order, one partner working at a time:

200 box jumps 24/20 in

200 single KB cleans 24/16 kg

200 double DB shoulder-to-overheads 50/35 lbs

200 double DB front squats 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 40 min

Olympic lifting

Tall cleans 5×3 – increasing

Time cap: 10 min

Tempo clean pulls 3×3

5 seconds pull to above the knee, then speed p

Time cap: 9 min

Power clean + Clean 7x(2+1)

Catch the first power clean in a high power position, and the second power clean just above parallel. The third clean is a squat.

Time cap: 14 min

Anderson front squats 3×5 at 80%
