Team of 3, 30 min AMRAP:
Partner 1 (time keeper): 400m run
Partner 2: AMRAP rounds of “Cindy”
Partner 3: 250/200m row buy-in, then AMRAP: 10 alternating DB snatches 50/35 lbs, 10 box jumps 24/20 in
Olympic lifting
Part A
10 min to complete 5 sets of:
3 tempo power snatches
2 sec to ascend to above the knee then finish.
Start around 60% and build
Part B
Every 90 sec for 5 sets:
2 power snatches + 1 BTK hang power snatch
75% of snatch 1RM
Part C
8 min alternating EMOM:
3 Touch-n-go power snatches
10 ring rows
70% of 1RM
Part D
10 min AMRAP:
10 power snatches 95/65 lbs
10 overhead squats 95/65 lbs
10 box jumps 24/20 in
Goal: Perform the power snatches in 2 sets or unbroken each round. 5+ rounds, with 5 rounds as a stretch goal.
