Community WOD (EVF360 & Crossfit)

In teams of 2, for max load OR reps. In 32 min, complete 3 rounds of:
50 single DB box step ups 50/35 lbs, 24/20 in
40 Russian KBS 32/24 kg
30 V-ups
20 shoulder to overheads [BB: 135/95 lbs, DB: 2×50/35 lbs]
10 sandbag to shoulders AHAP
— then, in the remaining time:
Option A: combined max load of 4 deadlifts + 3 hang cleans + 2 front squats + 1 shoulder to overheads
OR option B: Max rounds of 4 double DB deadlifts, 3 DB DB hang cleans, 2 double DB squats, 1 double DB shoulder to overhead 50/35 lbs

Olympic lifting

Part A
From 12″ blocks, every 2 min for 12 min, rotating through:
3 power clean & split jerks
3 power clean & split jerks at parallel
3 squat clean & split jerks
Weights: 65%-75%
Part B
Deficit clean deadlifts – 4″ deficit
3×3 at 115% of 1RM clean
Note: Set yourself up as for a clean starting position, not a traditional deadlift. Use straps if needed.
Part C
Split jerks
3×4 at 80% across
Part D
3 rounds for time:
20/16 cal row
15 shoulder to overheads 115/75 lbs
10 box jumps 30/24 in
