In teams of 2, for time, one partner working at a time except the run:
60/50 cal row
— Then, 6 rounds (partner perform full rounds, 3 each):
20 double unders
20 wall balls 20/14 lbs, 10/9 ft.
— Then, 600m run (together)
— Then, 6 rounds (partner perform full rounds, 3 each):
10 alternating DB snatches 50/35 lbs
10 box jumps 24/20 in
— Then, 60/50 cal row
— Then, 6 rounds (partner perform full rounds, 3 each):
10 alternating single DB clean and jerks 50/35 lbs
10 single DB jumping lunges 50/35 lbs

Time cap: 40 min

Olympic lifting

Part A

Muscle clean & Press – 4x(3+3)

Time cap: 7 min

Part B

On a running clock, from 0:00 to 7:30 min:

Clean & Jerk – 3×3 at 70%

Then, at 7:30 min, every 90 sec for 6 rounds:

3 clean & jerks at 60%

Part C

Deficit clean pulls – 4″ deficit

3×3 at 70%

Time cap: 7 min

Part D

4 rounds for time:

15 box jumps 24/20 in

12 deadlifts 95/65 lbs

9 hang power cleans 95/65 lbs

6 shoulder to overheads 95/65 lbs
