Clean technique

15 min EMOM:

From 0 to 5:00: 1 high hang squat clean + 1 low hang squat clean + 1 squat clean

From 5:00 to 10:00: 1 low hang squat cleans + 1 squat clean

From 10:00 to 15:00: 1 squat clean

Note: start around 60%. Adjust load appropriately to maintain form and focus on technique.
