20 band pull aparts
5/side half kneeling bottom up KB presses
5/side single KB sotts presses

Bench Press

6×4 at 80%

Overhead squat

3×4 at 95% of 1RM snatch

Conditioning

10 rounds for time:
1 double DB devil press 50/35 lbs
3 wall walks
5 wall balls 20/14 lbs

Time cap: 15 min

Goal: finish under the time cap!
