Warm up

1 min pigeon strecth per side, then:

3 rounds, with an empty barbell:

5 hang clean & jerks

5 pause front squats

5 split jerks

Strength

Every 90 sec for 12 rounds, alternating between A and B (6 rounds of each)

A – 2 Front squats at 85% of front squat 1RM across all 6 sets

B – 1 clean & jerk, working up to a heavy single for the day

Interval conditioning

4 rounds for max reps, 1 min per station:

Double DB push presses 50/35 lbs

Cleans at 80% (squat or power)
