10 PVC passthroughs in squat hold

Snatch balance

Using your snatch recent or estimated 1RM as reference, every 90s for 8 rounds:

1 snatch balances at 100% of 1RM snatch

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP:

15 alternating DB snatches 50/35 lbs

10 toes to bars

5 deadlift at 60%

Goal: 5+ rounds – Snatches should be UB

15 pullups
