Barbell cycling and conditioning

Every 3 min for 6 rounds:

300m/250m row/ski

Round 1: 5 power snatches at 50% of 1RM

Round 2: 4 power snatches at 60% of 1RM

Round 3: 3 power snatches at 70% of 1RM

Round 4: 2 power snatches at 80% of 1RM

Round 5: 1 power snatches at 90% of 1RM

Round 6: 1 power snatch at 90%+

Bench press

5×2 at 87.5% of you max from the prior weeks
