20 burpees
50 jumping jacks
Then 5 reps of each movement from the WOD

Thanksgiving Conditioning

In teams of two, for time, split as desired:
Appetizer
100/80 cal row
70 calorie ski or bike
60 burpee box jumps 24/20 in
— Rest 2 min before the “main course”:
2 rounds:
40 pullups
40 push ups
40 hang power cleans (BB: 95/65 lbs, DBs: 2×40/25 lbs)
— Rest 2 min before the “dessert”:
60 bench presses (BB: average team bodyweight, DBs: 1/4 of average team bodyweight for each DB)

Time cap: 40 min
