Warm up

6 min AMRAP:
3 inch worms
3/side single arm KB sotts press
3/side single arm KB swings
3 yoga push ups

Push jerk + split jerk

Using your most recent clean and jerk 1RM
Push jerk
2 at 77.5%, 2 at 80%, 1 at 82.5%, 1 at 85%
Split jerk
2 at 85%, 2 at 87.5%, 1 at 90%

Conditioning

12 min AMRAP:
30 double unders
3 hang power cleans 95/65 lbs
3 push jerks 95/65 lbs
30 double unders
6 hang power cleans 95/65 lbs
6 push jerks 95/65 lbs
etc… continue adding 3 reps to the barbell movements every round. Double unders remain constant.
