Warm up

2 rounds:

5/side banded lateral monster walks

10 empty BB good mornings

5/side cossack squats

10 double DB push presses

Clean & jerk

6 min EMOM:

1 power clean and jerk + 1 hang clean and jerk + 1 front squat and jerk (50-60% of C&J 1RM)

— 1 min transition

Every 2 min for 6 rounds:

1 power clean and jerk + 1 hang clean and jerk + 2 front squats + 1 jerk at 75-80% of C&J 1RM

Note: increase load from last week, this should be 5-10% heavier

Conditioning

For time:

10-8-6-4-2 overhead squats 135/95 lbs

50 double unders after each round, including the last one
