Warm up

3 rounds:

20 sec row – first round easy, second moderate, third fast

10 bench presses

10 empty bar or light DB power cleans

10 deadlifts

** Increase weight throughout the rounds

Endurance (36 min)

3 rounds at each station, 3 min each for max reps, with 1min rest between stations, rotating through:

500m/400m row then max bench press in the remaining time at bodyweight or 2 DBs at 50/35 lbs

500m/400m ski then max power cleans in the remaining time at 75% of bodyweight or 2 DBs at 35/25 lbs

400m run then max deadlifts in the remaining time at 1.5 x bodyweight barbell or 2 KBs at 32/24 kg
