Endurance

45 min of cardio machine of choice**:

**Every 3 mins, starting at 0:00, perform 1 station, rotating through the stations (3 times at each station total throughout the 45 min):

30 sec handstand hold practice / wall walk hold

20 KB Russian twists

1 KB Turkish get-up per side

5-8 strict Toes-to-bars

5 per arm single KB overhead squats
