10/arm bent over KB row

10/leg single leg glute bridges

Strength

10 min EMOM:

5 deadlifts at 70%

Interval conditioning

4 x 2:30min AMRAP:

4 pull-ups (Rx+: 2 bar muscle up)

6 thrusters 95/65 lbs

8 box jumps, 24/20 in

— Rest 2:30min between each amrap

Each round, continue where you left off. Pick a weight that is challenging but which you can do unbroken every time
