For 15-20 minutes work technique and efficiency for:
Shoulder to Overhead
Deadlift
Box Jumps
B.

In teams of two, with partners alternating complete rounds, complete as many rounds as possible in 30 minutes of:

Bear Crawl four lengths of the gym (crawl wall to wall and back twice)

200 meter run
