Workout of the Day

 

In Teams of 3, complete 3 full rounds each of:

Row 500m

400m Run (or ski)

20 Wall Balls

20 Burpees

400m Run (or ski)

Row 500m

 

 

The workout will run as follows:  Partner A will start with their 500m row and then will continue on to the 400m run and so on.  Partner B begins the workout once Partner A completes the row.  Partner C begins once Partner B finishes their row and then partners chase their teammates throughout the workout.  Partner B cannot start the next station until Partner A has finished at that station.  The workout is complete when all 3 partners have finished 3 COMPLETE rounds of the above.

 

– 400m Run is weather permitting.  If there’s snow on the ground, or it’s raining, the 400m run becomes 400m SKI!!  Who’s excited for snow??
