***I recommend that our Open competitors take today off and prep for tomorrow’s Open workout.  13.3!!!

 

A.

Take 15-20 Minutes to work up to a 3RM weighted pull up

 

B.

3 rounds for time of:

225/135 Deadlifts x 5 reps

10 Lateral Burpees

Run 800m
