12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS

 

1:  Stair Run (sprint once up and down)

2:  Power Cleans (135/95lbs)

3: Ring Dips

4:  Kettlebell Ground to Overhead (22/16kg)

5:  Burpees

6:  Toes to Bar

7:  Push-Ups

8:  Box Jumps (24″20″)

9:  Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg)

10:  Pull-Ups

11:  Front Squats (135/95lbs)

12:  Shoulder to Overhead (135/95lbs)

 

 

“12 Days of Christmas” WOD works the same way the song does.  You will perform 1 Stair Run, then 2 Power Cleans and 1 Stair Run, then 3 Ring Dips followed by 2 Power Cleans and 1 Stair Run, then 4 KB Ground to Overhead followed by 3 Ring Dips, 2 Power Cleans, 1 Stair Run and so on all the way through.  ENJOY!
