A.

Five Sets of Floor Press x 5 reps  @22X1

Rest 90 seconds

Max Rep/ Mixed Grip Strict Pull Ups

Rest 90 seconds

 

 

B.

For time:

 

Run 400m

 

 

and then…

 

 

5 rounds of:

5 Deadlifts 225/155
10 HR Push-ups
15 Air Squats

 

 

then…

 

 

Run 400m

 

 

and then…

 

 

3 rounds of:

5 Deadlifts 225/155
10 HR Push-ups
15 Air Squats

 

and lastly…
