3 Back Squats (75% 1 RM)

9 Toes to Bar

B.

Five Rounds for time of:

Press, Push Press, Push Jerk (3 reps, 4, reps, 5 reps respectively)

12 STRICT Pull Ups

 

 

Rest 5 minutes

 

 

C.

Row 5×250 meters with a 1:1 work:rest ratio
