30 Back Squats (115/80) (135/95)
30 Ring Dips
30 Hang Power Cleans (115/80) (135/95)
30 Front Squats (115/80 (135/95)
30 HR Push Ups

Divide the work between each partner. The bar CANNOT touch the ground at any point during the workout. Therefore you must work together and communicate to help one another. There is a team 60 Wall ball penalty for the team that puts the bar down.
