Workout of the Day
A.
Four sets of:
Turkish Get-Ups x 3 reps each arm
Rest 90 seconds
L-Sit Tuck to Extension x 7-10 reps
(extend the legs for 2-5 seconds, pull them in for 2-5 seconds and repeat)
Rest 90 seconds
B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 10 minutes:
Barbell Ground to Overhead x 5 reps
Double-Unders x Max Reps

BE CAREFUL!!
I looked at the workout and threw weight on that seemed very manageable and pretty much got destroyed. I would say I did a different WOD entirely as I only did double-unders on 5 rounds. I recommend going very very light and blasting through the C&J. Even if you have a sub 5 Grace, I wouldn’t mess with anything over 95 lbs (Men).
A: Got up to 20kg on Get ups, L sits are a nightmare.
B: 115 very very stupid lbs
