Summer / Fall Reading- A couple books that EVERYONE should own.

  • Becoming a Supple Leopard.   Available for Pre-Order now.  Simply put, Kelly Starrett is a genius, and a pretty cool dude as well.   After starting the Mobility WOD, he realized that the mass of information being accumulated on the blog needed to be collated and put into a digestible old-school format.  A book.  This sacred tomb of mobility know-how will almost certainly improve your quality of life.  PLEASE LEAVE A COMMENT here if you are interesting in ordering a copy.  If we get more than 10 people interested we can sign up for a wholesale discount and get 50% off per copy of the book.  So let us know.


  • It Starts With Food.  A must have for anyone questioning what to eat or how to implement healthy eating into a busy lifestyle.  Dallas and Melissa Hartwig, owners of Whole9 Life, are incredibly brilliant and are also very witty writers, which makes this book very fun to read.  They understand the way people need to digest information as well as food, and the book is quite manageable with a nice balance of the technical and the practical sides of eating right.  Remember, you can’t out-train a crappy diet.
