Workout of the Day

 

A.
Four sets of:
KB Press x 4-6 reps
Rest 90 seconds
Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 30X1
Rest 90 seconds

 

 

B.
Partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Man-Makers
6 Burpee Pull-Ups
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

  1. A: KB Shoulder Press 4 x 6 reps @ 24Kg

    Romanian DL 4 x 6 reps @ 195lbs…..I don’t go big on any lift with the word “dead” in it without the big man Ian making sure I don’t become “dead”…..

    B: 3 rounds + 8 box jumps….
